1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Valor Shield's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including customers, resellers, and visitors.

2. Service Description

Valor Shield provides cloud-based anti-cheat protection software for FiveM game servers. Our services include:

• Anti-cheat detection and prevention
• Ban synchronization across servers
• Player reputation tracking
• Web-based dashboard for management
• Discord bot integration

3. License and Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Valor Shield on one (1) FiveM server per license key.

You may NOT:

• Share, sell, or transfer your license key to others
• Use one license on multiple servers simultaneously
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software
• Use our services for any illegal purposes
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our security measures

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed through Tebex. By making a purchase, you also agree to Tebex's terms of service.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through Tebex.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Make emergency changes to address security concerns
• Update or modify features at our discretion

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or harass our staff or other users
• Attempt to exploit or circumvent our systems

Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

Valor Shield is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any damages arising from use or inability to use our services
• Data loss or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
• Actions taken by players on your FiveM server
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
