All purchases are final and non-refundable, but if you run into any issues we’ll work with you to diagnose and fix them.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Valor Shield is a digital service that provides instant access to licensing, configurations, and protection features. Because access is delivered immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once an order is completed.

  • Digital access is delivered instantly after purchase
  • Licenses and access keys cannot be “returned” once issued
  • Refund abuse can compromise our security and anti-cheat integrity

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute is considered abuse of the payment system and may result in immediate license termination and access restrictions to our services.

Subscription Cancellation

For monthly or quarterly subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime from Tebex
  • Service continues until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time on the current period
  • Cancel before renewal to avoid being charged again
